About the role

The Masking Operator works on the first shift under the supervision of the department manager. The role involves preparing parts for metallic finish by applying and cutting masking tape and silicone, and handling packaging and shipment preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, cut, and apply silicone, masking tape, or other specialized tapes according to work orders.
• Place parts on and off shelves as needed.
• Prepare and pack parts for shipment.
• Follow all safety standards and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Comfort working with basic hand tools.
• Ability to work in a chemical environment.
• Physical ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lb.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR requirement).
