What we offer
- Base salary of $52,100 - $86,800, plus eligibility for the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
- Benefits including wellness allowance, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, flex spending and health savings options.
- Hybrid working: three days in the office, with flexible arrangements.
- Global induction, an Engineering Bootcamp week, and opportunities to earn industry-recognized qualifications.
The application closes on 28 November, but early application is recommended as candidates are considered on a rolling basis. The process includes an application and resume, a technical and coding assessment, an immersive online assessment, a video interview and a half-day virtual assessment centre.
