Engineering Graduate Programme (Fort Mill)

About the role

LSEG is recruiting engineers for its Engineering function in Fort Mill, South Carolina, starting in September 2027. The programme is a 12-month development journey aimed at building foundational skills, with a global induction, an Engineering Bootcamp week, group projects and a mid-programme offsite called Ignite. Graduates join on a permanent basis and are placed in an Engineering Team matched to their skills and interests.

The Engineering roles span software and platform, reliability, quality, cyber security, service operations, service management, financial engineering and data science, covering the full lifecycle of platforms, products, services and models.

Required profile

• Final year undergraduate or Masters student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline, having completed all course requirements by August 2027, or a fresh graduate of class 2026.
• Genuine curiosity about technology, shown through studies, extracurriculars or work experience.
• Demonstrable interest in financial markets and a curiosity for data and analysis.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Rights to work in the US without restriction for the duration of the programme.
