Engineer I/II

About the role

Williams is seeking an Engineer I/II to support natural gas and petrochemical operations. The role offers the chance to work on mid‑sized projects, develop technical expertise, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a wide spectrum of assignments requiring technical evaluation, innovation, and judgement while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Work with increased independence on mid‑sized projects/technical assignments supporting operations, under supervision.
• Develop an understanding of industry and operational requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety requirements, produce results and meet goals.
• Apply company processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to individuals and groups.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field from an accredited institution, or a Bachelor’s in Engineering Technology with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong safety focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills.
• Preferred: Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification.
