Endpoint Management Administrator (SCCM / Intune / Imaging / Patching)

About the role

The Endpoint Management Administrator is responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining and managing the lifecycle of enterprise endpoint systems. You will ensure Windows devices are securely configured, up‑to‑date and compliant using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Microsoft Intune and related technologies. The role emphasizes software deployment, patch management, OS imaging and modern device management.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environments, including AD groups, collections, policies, compliance baselines and co‑management configurations.
• Package, test and deploy applications via SCCM or Intune, managing the full application lifecycle.
• Manage monthly patch cycles using SCCM, WSUS and Intune, monitor compliance and generate reports.
• Build and maintain task sequences and AutoPilot configurations for OS imaging, manage gold images and driver packages.
• Enforce security baselines, endpoint protection settings and assist with vulnerability remediation and audit requirements.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate deployments, patching and reporting workflows.
• Monitor endpoint health, deployment status and compliance metrics, providing Tier 3 support for endpoint incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation and produce reports on patch compliance, deployment success rates and inventory.

Required profile

• Proven experience in endpoint management within Windows‑based environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for deployment failures and device issues.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and compliance reports.
• Experience delivering Tier 3 support for endpoint‑related incidents.
