About the role
The fish department of E.LECLERC in Incarville is looking for a motivated Commercial Employee to join the team. You will play a key part in ensuring the seafood aisle is well‑presented, stocked and that customers receive friendly, knowledgeable service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the fish counter before store opening, ensuring all products are displayed correctly.
- Stock and replenish merchandise throughout the day, handling transfers and deliveries.
- Assist customers with product information, answering questions and providing recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness, signage, product information and correct labeling of the aisle.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and labeling standards.
Required profile
- Customer‑oriented attitude with good communication skills.
- Ability to work early mornings and follow a structured routine.
- Attention to detail for product presentation and regulatory compliance.
- Team player willing to collaborate with colleagues in a fast‑paced retail environment.
