Emergency Roadside Driver

About the role

Join AAA Mountain West Group as an Emergency Roadside Driver and become the face of AAA for members in need. You’ll respond to stranded motorists, provide safety solutions, and deliver peace of mind during stressful situations.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to member locations across the Phoenix area to assess and resolve roadside incidents.
• Perform basic vehicle assistance such as tire changes, jump‑starts, fuel delivery, and lockout services.
• Ensure the safety of members and yourself while on site.
• Communicate status updates to dispatch and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness according to company standards.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong desire to learn.
• Flexibility to work shifts from 11 am to midnight, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.

• Starting pay of $22.75 per hour plus shift differentials and monthly bonuses.
