About the role
We are looking for a world‑class Email Designer to join Fat Earth Media, a performance‑marketing agency within the Red Antler Group. The role focuses on creating visually compelling, conversion‑focused email and SMS creative for a diverse range of brands.
Key responsibilities
- Create on‑brand email designs that drive engagement, click‑through and conversion.
- Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to integrate text and visuals seamlessly.
- Design accompanying SMS sends for integrated campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews before final delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing email design work.
- Prior agency experience preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Adobe Photoshop (part of Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Figma (a plus).

- Total cash compensation of $60,000 – $80,000 per year.
