About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for an Elementary School Teacher in Tyler, TX. The teacher will design and deliver standards‑aligned lessons for K‑5 (or K‑6) students, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver curriculum that meets district and state standards.
• Create an inclusive classroom that supports diverse learning styles.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with grade‑level teams, support staff, and administrators on instructional best practices.
• Maintain accurate records, participate in professional learning, and supervise students during school activities.

Required profile

• Valid state teaching certification in Elementary Education (or eligibility to obtain it).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience teaching K‑5 or K‑6, with ability to differentiate instruction.
• Experience working with multilingual learners, special education students, and diverse backgrounds preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and an inclusive classroom culture.
