Electronic Assembler

About the role

Moog is seeking an Electronic Assembler to join its production team in Johnson City, TN. You will work on precision electronic assemblies, ensuring high‑quality workmanship while following detailed engineering documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Perform precision soldering using microscopes and verify product functionality through inspections and testing.
• Document manufacturing steps and maintain accurate quality records.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support training, cross‑training, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Follow established processes with a high level of accuracy and productivity.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
• Minimum three years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or assembly environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision.
• Ability to follow verbal, written, and computer‑based instructions in English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
