Electro Mechanical Technician Level 3

About the role

The Electro‑Mechanical Technician Level 3 maintains Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and related automation equipment. The role involves fault identification, repair, preventative maintenance and documentation, working a Wednesday‑Saturday shift in Brighton, Colorado.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot and repair AGV systems, including electrical, electronic and mechanical components.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating and documenting completed procedures.
• Use HMI/GDU devices and computer programs (Excel, Word, G‑Suite) to create and close work orders with labor hours, parts and equipment details.
• Locate and track spare parts, respond to service calls, and ensure equipment meets specifications.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or vocational training preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience troubleshooting electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lb, stand/walk up to 12 hours, and work at heights above 30 ft.
• Flexibility for overtime, weekend and shift coverage as needed.

Required skills

• Computer Aided Navigation, CAN‑Bus, LIDAR, Encoder, Hydraulics.
• Electrical test equipment usage and logical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with HMI/GDU interfaces, Excel, Word and G‑Suite.
