Electrical Systems Integration Engineer

About the role

Applied Intuition is looking for an experienced Electrical Systems Integration Engineer to lead the design of automotive‑grade wire harnesses and electrical distribution systems for its vehicle platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams, OEMs and suppliers to deliver robust, serviceable solutions that meet program milestones and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design routing, retention, and connector solutions for low‑voltage, high‑voltage and high‑speed vehicle interconnects.
• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials, wire specifications and material lists.
• Create and manage 3D models, assemblies and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and Altium.
• Collaborate with OEMs, vendors and internal partners to select optimal harness solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IPC/WHMA‑A‑620, ISO 6722, SAE J1128 and other automotive standards.

Required profile

• BS or MS in Systems, Electrical, Hardware, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing automotive wire harnesses.
• Hands‑on experience with both low‑voltage and high‑voltage applications.
• Proven ability to source, manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
