Electrical Project Manager

About the role

Rinvio is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial electrical projects in the Martinsburg, West Virginia area. The role involves coordinating field crews, managing documentation, and ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate commercial electrical work with field crews, foremen, subcontractors, and site stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, one‑lines, and change orders.
• Plan manpower, materials, sequencing, and daily/weekly field priorities.
• Track progress, identify field issues early, and communicate with project contacts.
• Support quality control, code‑compliant installation, safety expectations, and professional job‑site standards.
• Assist with RFIs, punch lists, close‑out items, and project follow‑through.

Required profile

• Journeyman‑level electrical background with strong commercial project experience.
• Prior experience in electrical project management, assistant project management, foreman, or superintendent roles.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specs, schedules, and one‑lines.
• Strong communication, organization, field coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable transportation to the Martinsburg/Winchester regional project area.

Required skills

• Interpretation of electrical drawings and one‑line diagrams.
• Knowledge of NEC standards and safe work practices.
• Commercial electrical project coordination.
