Electrical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage electrical projects across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts for compliance.
• Monitor job progress and provide leadership to field personnel.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of electrical project management experience with an electrical contractor.
• Proven track record managing commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Stable work history.
