Electrical Engineering Internship – Summer 2027

About the role

Moog’s Electronics Product Design team in the Military Aircraft Group is seeking a summer 2027 intern to work onsite in Torrance, CA. The role offers hands‑on experience in electrical engineering tasks supporting cutting‑edge aerospace projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of electronics product design engineering tasks.
• Provide technical support to senior engineers, including circuit analysis and prototype testing.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Computer or Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s or Master’s program at an accredited university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (specific requirement may vary by department).
• Ability to relocate to Torrance for the internship duration and demonstrate a professional disposition.

Required skills

• Experience with Cadence Capture/PCB/SI, Siemens NX, or Ansys.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, VHDL, C, or C++.
• Familiarity with FPGA development and embedded software testing.
