Electrical Engineer Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate in Electrical Engineering to join its Operations Consulting team in Silicon Valley. You will help clients optimise product development and manufacturing processes, improve speed to market, reduce costs and raise quality.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client product‑development lifecycles and identify bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, including lean manufacturing principles.
• Guide clients on supply‑chain integration and the use of digital technologies.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to improve productivity and business performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience with specialised training).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering or technology‑focused roles.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous situations, ask critical questions and deliver quality outcomes.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
