Audio Engineer Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate Audio Engineer to join its Operations Consulting team in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on improving product development and manufacturing processes for clients by applying audio engineering expertise and operational best‑practice.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and develop operational strategies to optimise product development lifecycles.
• Identify bottlenecks in audio‑related processes and propose solutions to accelerate time‑to‑market, reduce costs and enhance quality.
• Implement and oversee audio testing protocols and maintain audio lab equipment and facilities.
• Provide guidance on lean manufacturing principles, supply‑chain integration and digital technology adoption.
• Build strong client relationships, mentor junior team members and deliver high‑quality consulting outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or Physics.
• Proven experience managing audio lab environments, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with a data‑driven approach.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations, ask insightful questions and drive continuous improvement.
