Ecommerce Marketing Content Specialist

About the role

The Ecommerce Marketing Content Specialist will drive conversion and brand visibility across top eCommerce partners such as Amazon, Chewy, and Walmart.com. Working from our Burlington, MA headquarters on a hybrid schedule, you will ensure consistent, high‑quality product content that enhances the consumer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Product Detail Page (PDP) content, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content for new and existing items.
• Collaborate with brand teams to create retailer‑specific images, videos, and assets, and manage syndication for catalog updates.
• Maintain and refresh Brand Store content in line with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and major events (e.g., Prime Day, Cyber Monday).
• Analyze search term trends using digital‑shelf tools to inform SEO and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Monitor customer scorecards, develop action plans, and work with marketing teams to resolve content issues.
• Stay current on retailer content policies to ensure compliance and prevent listing errors.

Required profile

• Must reside within or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance from Burlington, MA.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (on‑site Monday‑Thursday, remote Friday).
