Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical consultation and guidance to leaders, HR and ER teams on employee behavioral health concerns and workplace dynamics.
- Coordinate and facilitate Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) responses, including identifying responders, organizing logistics and following up with care.
- Deliver discreet, high-touch clinical support to executives and VIP employees.
- Respond to calls and emails from HR, ER and benefits leaders with clinical expertise and Lyra resource guidance.
- Reach out to high-risk or crisis employees, offering in-the-moment support, risk assessment, safety planning and care navigation.
- Partner with Customer Success, Workforce Transformation, operations and clinical leadership to align services with contractual commitments.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and Lyra protocols.
- Use Lyra's proprietary software to identify barriers to care and connect clients to suitable treatment.
- Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients.
Required profile
- Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; independent clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC) is required, and supervised hours toward licensure are not provided.
- Candidates without a state license to deliver mental health services independently will not be considered.
- Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) preferred.
- Two years of post-license experience; EAP or clinical call center experience or organizational consulting preferred.
- Significant experience with high-risk situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting), CISD coordination and working with HR/ER and corporate leadership.
- Full-time U.S. resident; work cannot be done from outside the United States.
