Dynamics 365 Technical Architect

About the role

Reyes Holdings is hiring a Dynamics 365 Technical Architect in Rosemont, Illinois, to design and manage scalable, efficient architectures for financial systems aligned with organizational goals and standard methodologies. The platforms involved are Microsoft Dynamics and a future financial planning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage scalable, efficient architectures for financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics and a future financial planning platform.
• Drive automation and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and work with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goals.
• Oversee implementation of new systems or modules, optimize existing systems for efficiency and user experience, and develop custom applications, extensions or integrations as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
• Help understand and manage system infrastructure.
• Stay up to date on new technologies, lead the creation of standard methodologies and documentation for financial systems, and mentor team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 6 to 8 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise financial systems; or a high school diploma/GED with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, financial workflows and cloud-based financial platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in agile and waterfall delivery models.
• Preferred: Master's degree in finance, engineering, information technology or computer science.

Required skills

• Designing scalable, secure, high-performing cloud architectures.
• Deep expertise in Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, boards) and automation tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.
