Dual Site Leasing Professional – Crystal Tower/Telegraph Hill

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Dual Site Leasing Professional to manage leasing activities for the Crystal Tower and Telegraph Hill communities. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concession programs.
• Execute resident referral, employer outreach, and online marketing campaigns using platforms such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) for daily operations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or property management experience.
• Familiarity with Yardi CRM and other property management tools.
• Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 AM‑6 PM.
