Drain Technician

About the role
As a Residential Drain Technician at Radiant, you will work independently in the field diagnosing and resolving drain issues in customers’ homes, recommending solutions and completing quality repairs while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Required profile
- A valid apprentice plumber card with endorsement
- Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software
- Strong customer service skills to diagnose drain issues and present repair options
Required skills
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan software
- Competent use of iPad for job documentation
