Draft Service Technician – Service Calls & Installations

About the role

We are seeking a Draft Service Technician to support on‑premise customers with service calls, equipment installation, and special event set‑ups. The role involves troubleshooting draught lines, delivering products, and maintaining service tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive service and communicate effectively with account employees.
• Service and install draught beer equipment following state guidelines.
• Troubleshoot non‑working or poorly pouring draught lines.
• Deliver products for installations and special events as needed.
• Manage and maintain sales tools, samples, POS materials, and inventory.
• Train others on basic draught maintenance.
• Prioritize and manage multiple service requests independently.
• Maintain logs, trackers, vehicle, tools, and service equipment.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience working with a draught beer system.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer‑service orientation, and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Physical ability to lift 45‑65 lb regularly and up to 160 lb occasionally, climb in and out of a truck, and perform frequent standing, bending, and reaching.
