About the role
We are looking for Dozer Operators at the Golden Ocala Golf Club / World Equestrian Center. The position is full‑time with various shifts and pay depends on experience. You will join R+L Carriers to operate heavy equipment on site.
Key responsibilities
- Operate GPS‑enabled dozers for digging, grading, trenching, and earth‑moving tasks while following safety policies.
- Maintain equipment and materials in a clean, safe condition and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Collect and dispose of trash and excess materials daily to keep the work area tidy.
- Communicate proactively with foremen, superintendents, and coworkers to ensure project efficiency.
- Record work performed accurately and report any equipment malfunctions.
