Division Vice President, Consultant Relations

About the role

The Division Vice President, Consultant Relations leads a high‑impact team that builds and deepens Included Health’s relationships with employer benefits consulting firms. This senior leader sets vision, defines strategy, and ensures consistent execution to drive preference for the company’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to the Consultant Relations team, establishing clear goals and direction.
• Develop and lead a national and regional consultant strategy to accelerate pipeline growth and improve win rates.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
• Articulate Included Health’s differentiators and value proposition to consulting audiences.
• Partner closely with Sales, Client Success, Analytics, Product, and Marketing to align consultant engagement with market needs.
• Translate consultant and broker insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and sales teams.
• Create and execute a scalable consultant engagement model that includes education, insights sharing, and joint go‑to‑market planning.
• Facilitate annual GTM meetings, coordinate participation in consulting‑sponsored events, and negotiate agreements that drive preference and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Senior leader with extensive experience in consultant relations, preferably within healthcare or employee benefits.
• Proven ability to set strategic direction, influence cross‑functional teams, and drive execution.
• Strong executive presence and relationship‑building skills with consulting firms and channel partners.
