District Service Manager – Imaging Systems (Minneapolis/St Paul & Fargo)

About the role

As a District Service Manager you will lead a team of Field Service Engineers delivering imaging system services across the Minneapolis/St Paul and Fargo regions. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and upholding Philips’ brand reputation in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and develop Field Service Engineers while fostering a culture of integrity and customer focus.
• Drive business and service strategies to meet revenue goals, improve Net Promoter Score and manage escalations.
• Build and execute the regional business plan, ensuring operational performance, compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Own full profit‑and‑loss responsibility for the district and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, business operations and technical innovation teams to increase contract capture and service price realization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of leadership experience in service delivery or operations, preferably in diagnostic imaging or related healthcare technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage profit‑and‑loss results and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, with experience presenting to customers and senior leaders.

• Annual base salary range $117,000 – $186,000.
