District Sales Manager – North Texas, Oklahoma & Arkansas

About the role

The District Sales Manager drives market expansion and sales growth for TOTO across North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, the role combines field‑based activities, travel, and remote coordination to promote TOTO’s premium decorative‑plumbing portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new distribution opportunities while expanding sales through architects, contractors, and luxury kitchen/bath dealers.
• Train, mentor, and support distribution partners to maintain a high‑performing sales network.
• Direct local representative agencies to achieve regional KPI goals.
• Generate and track leads for medium‑ to large‑scale construction projects in hospitality, commercial office, builder, and higher‑education sectors.
• Conduct product demonstrations, "Lunch & Learn" sessions, and technical training at showrooms, wholesaler sites, and contractor offices.
• Utilize SAP CRM, Salesforce, and Tableau for reporting, data analysis, and sales‑strategy optimization.
• Proactively resolve product or service concerns to foster long‑term brand loyalty.
• Partner with showrooms on product displays, pricing, and merchandising to uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in decorative plumbing or construction‑related sales.
• In‑depth knowledge of the North Texas building landscape and established relationships with local wholesalers and designers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluency in SAP CRM, Salesforce, and Tableau is preferred.
• Must reside within the Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan area and be willing to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
