District Manager

About the role

The District Manager oversees daily operations of multiple Wendy’s restaurants in the Miami district, driving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction and employee development while ensuring compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a strong food‑safety culture, enforce all safety procedures and meet Food Safety Audit (FSA) requirements.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to support sales growth, increase digital ordering adoption and execute local marketing initiatives.
• Conduct monthly business reviews, monitor labor and food costs, and implement corrective actions to meet profit targets.
• Lead store visits using a structured agenda to improve food quality, service standards and overall restaurant performance.
• Ensure diverse and stable management teams, oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance feedback and participation in employee surveys.
• Develop General Managers through coaching, training and succession planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple fast‑food restaurant locations.
• Strong leadership with a focus on food safety, cost control and sales performance.
• Ability to build and develop diverse teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and a data‑driven approach to decision making.
