District Manager

About the role

Qdoba is looking for a District Manager of Restaurant Operations to lead multiple locations in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. You will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and delivering a guest‑centric experience across the district.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure food quality, facility cleanliness, and service standards exceed company guidelines.
• Achieve financial objectives by managing people, product, service, and facility processes.
• Monitor daily operating numbers, manage budgets, and implement strategic action plans to improve sales and profit.
• Promote the brand in the local community, build relationships with community leaders, and stay informed on competitor activity.
• Coach restaurant managers on guest experience metrics, resolve guest issues, and conduct high‑impact restaurant visits.
• Foster a respectful work environment, address employee relations matters, and lead investigations when needed.
• Oversee training and development for internal and external candidates, ensuring succession planning and leadership growth.

Required profile

• Multi‑unit leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or a related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative management abilities.
• Professional, optimistic attitude and self‑starting initiative.
