About the role

Enovis is seeking a 2nd‑shift Distribution Supervisor to lead a team of hourly associates in its Fort Worth distribution center. The role focuses on ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of finished medical‑technology products while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and daily leadership to an hourly workforce, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Coach, mentor and develop employees to achieve high performance aligned with business goals.
• Lead change‑management initiatives that improve operational efficiency and support transformation objectives.
• Identify and resolve operational and personnel conflicts, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns promptly to promote trust and engagement.

Required profile
