Distribution Planning Manager

About the role

Louis Vuitton Americas is looking for a Distribution Planning Manager to lead distribution strategy and execution for Hard‑sided Leather Goods and Home & Lifestyle across the Americas. The role works closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics and Retail teams to ensure inventory is optimized and product launches are successful.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate distribution processes with Merchandising, Logistics, Repair centers and HQ Supply Chain for existing and new products.
• Monitor order and stock target fulfillment, providing visibility to retail stores and merchandising teams.
• Support retail teams to maximize sales and manage inventory across activities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end supply chain for high‑end events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Continuously analyze sales performance to rebalance stock, manage overstock and improve coverage.
• Collaborate with repair centers to enhance product repairability and marketability.
• Identify and implement initiatives that reduce lead times and improve process efficiency.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and tools using Power BI, SQL and other programming languages.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, supply‑chain management and distribution.
• Proven ability to optimize complex processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Passion for the luxury industry and understanding of its supply‑chain demands.
