Dispensing Pharmacy Technician

About the role

The successful candidate will provide integrated support to patients and pharmacists, delivering a full continuum of medication adherence support in a fast‑growing specialty pharmacy management company.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and accurately enter prescription information, clarifying orders with pharmacists or clinicians as needed.
• Label, fill, and prepare prescriptions for pharmacist verification, including pharmaceutical calculations and special storage handling.
• Prepare medications and supplies for patient delivery and manage inbound/outbound medication adherence outreach.
• Secure refill prescriptions, resolve insurance issues, and assist with financial aid resources.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, process ordering, receiving, and organization of medications.
• Support operational processes through data entry, claim adjudication, and database management.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacy technician in the state of Oregon; national CPhT certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience (5 years preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Data entry and computer proficiency.
