About the role

Join the kitchen team at Cactus Club Cafe’s new Miami location as a Dishwasher. You will keep the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are clean and ready for service. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and wants to grow in the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing machines and related equipment.
• Collect, wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, and kitchen tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when needed.
• Monitor and report any equipment issues or supply shortages.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.

Required profile

• Eager to learn in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Organized, efficient team player with a strong work ethic.
• Passion for culinary arts and delivering a great guest experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Prior culinary or kitchen experience is an asset but not mandatory.
