About the role

Method Co. is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join the Anthology Events team in Detroit. You will play a vital part in keeping the kitchen and event spaces clean, ensuring that all dishes, glassware, and utensils are ready for service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the commercial dishwashing machine, following proper procedures.
• Sort, rinse, load, and unload dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Monitor detergent and rinse agent levels and report when supplies need replenishment.
• Sanitize and store cleaned items in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, sinks, and work surfaces.
• Follow health and safety regulations, handling chemicals safely.
• Assist the kitchen team with deliveries, restocking, and general cleanliness.

Required profile

• Positive, upbeat attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented and dependable.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lb for extended periods.

Required skills
