Director, US Ethics & Compliance – Neurology Business Partner

About the role

The Director, US Ethics & Compliance – Neurology Business Partner will serve as the primary ethics and compliance liaison for Servier’s Neurology business, working closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs and Patient Affairs teams. This senior position reports to the Head of US Ethics & Compliance and is integral to embedding a strong ethical culture while supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive, timely compliance advice tailored to Neurology priorities and influence ethical decision‑making at the leadership level.
• Partner with Neurology leadership to identify, assess and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring activities align with legal, regulatory and Servier’s ethical standards.
• Integrate ethics and compliance considerations into business planning, launch readiness, operational decisions and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Design, develop and implement healthcare compliance policies, processes and guidelines based on emerging risks.
• Develop and deliver risk‑based compliance training and communications for Neurology partners.
• Support corrective actions and improvement initiatives arising from audits, investigations and compliance reviews.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends, communicating business impact to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical healthcare compliance with a proven business‑partnering record.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or advanced degree preferred.
• Deep expertise in biotech/pharma compliance laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and maintain confidentiality.
