Director, Tax Innovation Product Management

About the role

PwC is seeking a Director to lead its Tax Innovation product portfolio. In this senior position you will act as the general manager for both commercial and internal tax‑focused software products, guiding them from concept through launch, maintenance and eventual retirement.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap and go‑to‑market plans for tax innovation solutions.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including design, development, release, upgrades and end‑of‑life activities.
• Drive commercialization, sales enablement and cross‑functional collaboration with business, UX and technology teams.
• Ensure products meet market demand, regulatory standards and PwC’s quality, integrity and inclusion principles.
• Mentor emerging leaders, foster a healthy working environment and champion client satisfaction.
• Identify market gaps and translate opportunities into successful product initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience at Director level in product management, preferably within tax, finance or technology domains.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance long‑term vision and short‑term execution.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, drive change and promote thought leadership.
• Commitment to professional standards, ethical conduct and PwC’s brand values.
