About the role

As a Director, Solution Architect, AI-Native Engineering at PwC, you will lead the creation and delivery of cutting‑edge AI‑driven software solutions within the Internal Firm Services practice. You will set strategic direction, ensure seamless integration of technology, and mentor the next generation of leaders while upholding PwC’s standards of quality, integrity, and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative AI‑focused software solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end technology delivery processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficient execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive successful technology implementations and project outcomes.
• Oversee product roadmaps and technology strategies, aligning them with market opportunities.
• Guide teams in creating user stories and planning deliverables to enhance project delivery.
• Promote technological advances and foster an environment where people and technology thrive together.
• Identify market gaps and convert opportunities into successful solutions for the firm.
• Mentor and develop emerging leaders within the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience with additional years of technology delivery work).
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years focused on AI technologies such as RAGs, LLMs, and AI adoption.
• Proven ability to set strategic direction, drive business growth, and uphold professional and technical standards.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
