Director, Program Management

About the role

The Director, Program Management leads strategic planning and integrated delivery of programs across Advantage Solutions, Greystar’s platform of value‑added property management products and services. Reporting to senior leadership, the DPM translates enterprise strategy into executable roadmaps and embeds scalable governance frameworks that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic program roadmap for Advantage Solutions, ensuring initiatives align with enterprise priorities and measurable value targets.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex, cross‑functional programs, ensuring consistent governance, milestone delivery, and stakeholder alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain program management standards, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to enhance execution consistency and organizational maturity.
• Partner with executive leadership and senior directors to define transformation strategy, prioritize multi‑year initiatives, and align resources to shared business outcomes.
• Design and operate a Program Management Center of Excellence, providing methodologies, tools, templates, and enablement resources that raise delivery capability across the organization.
• Develop and maintain executive‑level program reporting, including portfolio dashboards, risk registers, KPI tracking, and benefit realization summaries for Advantage Solutions leadership and Greystar’s Office of the CEO.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading strategic program management at a senior level, preferably within a large, multi‑site organization.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and translate enterprise strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of aligning cross‑functional teams around common objectives.
• Experience building and scaling a Program Management Center of Excellence or similar capability.
