About the role
The Director of Product Marketing & Program Management will translate Seeq’s product, whole‑offer and industry strategy into compelling market narratives, launch plans and coordinated go‑to‑market programs. Positioned at the intersection of product marketing, positioning, packaging, launch planning and campaign management, this leader ensures strategic priorities become executable plans that drive consistency, readiness and commercial impact.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product marketing strategy for Seeq’s portfolio, including positioning, messaging, audience narratives and value articulation.
- Develop and maintain core messaging frameworks, differentiated positioning, competitive narratives and proof points for priority products and solutions.
- Partner with Industries, Whole Offer Management and Product Management to feed market problems, buyer needs and use cases into the product roadmap.
- Support pricing, packaging and commercialization by providing messaging, value stories and launch inputs.
- Lead planning and orchestration of major go‑to‑market programs, launches, portfolio initiatives and cross‑functional milestones.
- Manage campaign program management, ensuring integrated planning across Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Regional Marketing, ABX, Enablement and Operations.
- Build and maintain the source of truth for launch timelines, dependencies, readiness criteria and stakeholder accountability.
- Own development and quality of core GTM assets such as portfolio decks, launch narratives, solution messaging, buyer‑facing stories and FAQ frameworks.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading product marketing strategy and messaging for a technology portfolio.
- Demonstrated ability to translate product direction and market needs into clear, market‑facing narratives.
- Strong track record of orchestrating complex go‑to‑market programs and launches.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams including product, sales, pricing, partner and field enablement.
- Ability to establish governance routines, work‑back plans and post‑launch retrospectives.
