Director of Supply Chain & Logistics – Americas

About the role

Saint Laurent is seeking a senior leader to head its Supply Chain & Logistics function across the Americas. Reporting to the COO, Americas and to the Worldwide Director in Paris, the role is based in Wayne, New Jersey, with occasional work from the New York City office.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional supply chain and logistics strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives across planning, inventory management, transportation, distribution and systems.
• Oversee inventory planning, product availability, replenishment and distribution for all channels in the Americas.
• Monitor performance metrics, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure service‑level targets are met.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Finance, Technology) to solve complex business challenges.
• Champion innovation and sustainability initiatives in line with Saint Laurent and Kering CSR commitments.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in supply chain, logistics or related functions within a multi‑channel retail environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across regional and global teams.
• Ability to drive change, influence decision‑making and lead large, cross‑functional projects.
