Director of Supply Chain

About the role

Salata is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead its procurement strategy and supplier management across its fast‑growing salad‑kitchen chain. The role will align sourcing activities with business objectives, drive cost optimisation and ensure reliable delivery of ingredients to support restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic procurement plan that maximises cost savings and strengthens vendor relationships.
• Identify, evaluate and manage supplier partnerships to guarantee quality, cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with key suppliers, ensuring favourable pricing and service agreements.
• Analyse procurement spend, create budgets and implement initiatives to reduce supply‑chain risks.
• Monitor supplier performance, enforce compliance with contracts and take corrective actions when needed.
