About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking full‑time Forklift Operators for its Houston, TX service center. You will work on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock moving freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long. The position offers a steady schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from 53‑foot trailers using a forklift.
• Operate the forklift safely on a roofed dock while adhering to company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records by reading manifests and interacting with computer displays.

Required profile

• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Experience operating a forklift in a fast‑paced environment.
• Dependable, able to work Monday‑Friday on various shifts.
• Ability to read manifests and use basic computer interfaces.
