About the role

Pentecom is looking for a Director of Strategic Growth to lead revenue expansion initiatives. This full‑time, fully remote position shapes priority pursuits from early identification through proposal readiness, ensuring alignment across technical solutions, pricing, and execution capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute capture strategies and business development initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify, qualify, and shape strategic opportunities, aligning customer needs with technical solutions, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
• Integrate functional estimates and inputs from operations, finance, technical leadership, and executive management into cohesive, competitive proposals.
• Lead and mentor business development staff, providing performance oversight and professional development.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment to ensure consistent execution of capture activities.
• Support broader market expansion, client retention, and partnership development aligned with corporate growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business development, capture management, or strategic growth roles.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or matrix‑leading business development teams.
• Excellent ability to align technical, operational, and financial inputs into competitive solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of improving win rates and establishing scalable growth processes.
