Director of Revenue Management

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue strategy across our client hotels. You will design and execute revenue management processes that maximize income while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices in client hotels.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and optimize distribution partnerships.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain a 13‑month rolling demand calendar and conduct competitive benchmark studies.
• Manage pricing strategies, length‑of‑stay controls, inventory availability and yield management across channels.
• Act as a business development consultant for hotel owners and managers.
• Build strong relationships with hotel staff at all levels and promote a culture of revenue excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing revenue management strategies in the hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct market modeling and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams, departments and external partners.
• Ability to influence hotel operations and service standards to improve financial performance.
