Director of Recruitment – Sales (Commercial Real Estate)

About the role

The Director of Recruitment (Sales) will design and scale a national talent acquisition engine for a boutique hospitality investment brokerage. Reporting to senior leadership, you will build pipelines of top‑tier agents, accelerate their time‑to‑productivity, and create a sustainable talent development framework.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for commercial real‑estate brokerage talent across multiple markets.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies, conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitive analysis.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, tracking broker transitions and emerging talent.
• Manage candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer processes.
• Partner with leadership to align hiring needs with growth and expansion plans.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and pipelines in Salesforce and other platforms.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs and role‑specific training for new agents.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of recruiting experience, preferably within commercial real‑estate or related sectors.
• Proven track record of building scalable recruiting pipelines and infrastructure from the ground up.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive growth.
• Strong analytical skills for market research and talent mapping.
