Director of Procurement

About the role

This senior leader will oversee end‑to‑end procurement delivery for all North American entities, ensuring sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, and supplier management are executed consistently and in alignment with global standards. The role acts as the strategic connector between a centralized global procurement function and regional business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes across the North American footprint, covering sourcing, contracting, onboarding and ongoing supplier management.
• Align regional procurement activities with global policies, tools and standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure consistent adoption of procurement processes across diverse business units.
• Manage outsourced procurement delivery and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• Drive transformation, standardisation and governance initiatives within the procurement function.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience in multi‑brand, multi‑business environments.
• Proven success operating within centralized or global procurement models.
• Strong negotiation capability and experience managing outsourced procurement delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, standardisation and stakeholder alignment.
• Executive‑level communication skills, commercial acumen and a governance‑focused mindset.
