Director of Optimization & Analytics for Mastercard Move

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Optimization & Analytics to lead the growth and efficiency of its Mastercard Move portfolio in North America. The role will combine data‑driven insight with strategic partnership to unlock revenue opportunities across the Cross Border Services and Send product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and structure optimization and cross‑sell opportunities within the existing XBS and Send customer base using a data‑driven approach.
• Partner with business development leads to develop and execute proposals, and own the related optimization KPIs.
• Oversee portfolio tracking, analytics, reporting and dashboard creation to inform product strategy and management.
• Support financial projections, planning and strategic projects that involve XBS, Send and related services.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with account managers, finance, product architects, legal, and business operations teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the U.S. payments ecosystem, preferably with product management or development exposure.
• Strong business acumen and a proven record of launching innovative partnerships or new business models.
• Ability to spot market trends and translate them into revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Comfort with thoughtful risk‑taking and a sense of urgency in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent influencing skills across all organizational levels and with external customers.
• Team‑player mindset with strong people‑management capabilities.
