Director of Growth Marketing

About the role

Cambium is building a modern wood economy with technology‑driven supply chains. As Director of Growth Marketing you will own the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle, driving retention, expansion, and cross‑product adoption while collaborating closely with Sales and Supply.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the lifecycle strategy, measuring retention, expansion and product‑range movement.
• Partner with Sales and Supply to build, test, and iterate customer‑experience programs in live accounts.
• Define and run the customer‑marketing playbook for acquisitions, integrating new‑company customers into Cambium.
• Analyze metrics from high‑level trends down to granular workflow issues, and implement fixes.

Required profile

• Generalist marketer with strong judgment across the full marketing stack.
• Curator of content who knows what resonates with professional buyers.
• Technology‑first problem solver who builds automations and workflows.
• Systems thinker who sees the customer journey as a connected whole.

Required skills

• Deep proficiency in HubSpot or equivalent customer‑engagement platforms (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo).
• Hands‑on experience with AI and automation tools for building custom solutions.
