Director of Enabling Technology Product Management

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Director to define and execute the global strategy for enabling technologies across its orthopedic portfolio, including augmented reality, navigation, robotics and data‑driven surgical solutions. This senior role will shape the “where to play” and “how to win” for these technologies to drive procedural adoption and improve patient outcomes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the global enabling technology strategy and portfolio priorities.
• Establish project prioritization and long‑range roadmaps integrating hardware, software and data.
• Coordinate implementation with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Medical Education and Sales Training.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through launch, scale and optimization.
• Drive product requirements based on surgeon workflows, clinical outcomes and economic value.
• Serve as the global leader for enabling technology initiatives.

Required profile

• Director‑level experience in product management and marketing of technology solutions.
• Proven ability to translate clinical insights, market dynamics and competitive intelligence into a differentiated product ecosystem.
