Director of Commercial Sales

About the role

Hyperwear is seeking a Director of Commercial Sales to launch and scale its proprietary Hyperwear Hybrid Race™ training gear across sports performance, health club, gym, coaching, and commercial fitness markets. This senior leader will build a repeatable commercial revenue channel while expanding Hyperwear’s presence with gyms, coaches, trainers, performance centers, and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial sales strategy for the Hybrid Race™ product line.
• Identify, target, and build relationships with sports performance facilities, health clubs, gyms, training studios, coaches, and other commercial buyers.
• Create and manage a pipeline of new accounts while growing existing commercial relationships.
• Develop outbound sales processes, account targeting criteria, sales scripts, follow‑up systems, and reporting mechanisms.
• Design and deliver product demos, launch offers, and commercial bundles for early‑adopter accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing to produce sales collateral, case studies, and training content.
• Own revenue targets, pipeline activity, close rates, and account growth metrics.
• Document a scalable commercial sales playbook for future expansion.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading B2B sales in the fitness, sports performance, or commercial equipment sector.
• Track record of building sales processes from the ground up and achieving revenue goals.
• Strong network within gyms, health clubs, performance centers, and coaching communities.
• Hands‑on, strategic mindset with the ability to run demos, close deals, and develop partnership programs.
